Our vision:

The Vaqueros Center of Excellence provides a pathway for players to apply their technical abilities mastered in the School of Excellence and implement into the Vaqueros game model, principles of play and match day environment. It is also a sound platform to fulfill the Youth Club’s Culture and values which in turn will create role models for our younger soccer players but also the Community as a whole.

• 5-week coaching cycle used to cover all tactical themes
