A New Era Begins: Fort Worth Vaqueros Join USL League Two
For more than a decade, the Fort Worth Vaqueros have stood as a symbol of grit, passion, and community-driven soccer in Cowtown. What began over 12 years ago as a bold idea—to bring a high-level soccer club to Fort Worth—has grown into one of the longest-running and most respected soccer organizations in North Texas.
Today, we are proud to announce the next chapter in that journey.
Beginning this season, the Fort Worth Vaqueros will compete in **USL League Two**, transitioning from the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and stepping onto one of the most competitive and respected pre-professional platforms in the country.
Honoring Where We’ve Been
Our time in the NPSL played a crucial role in shaping who we are as a club. It provided a foundation to develop players, coaches, and leaders, while allowing us to build deep roots within the Fort Worth community.
